This Korean site and it has SO MUCH STUFF. There are great video clips under "Movies" (about half can be downloaded) and gazillions of pictures. Most of the pictures you might have seen somewhere else because I know that I have pretty much all of them, but this site makes it a complete collection, one-stop shopping you might say :) I want to ask the Webmaster whether I can post a link here but since everything's in Korean I didn't know how to post on the BBS. If you see this and don't want your link here, please reply!
No matter how I try, I cannot figure out the name of this site ^_^; Doesn't matter though, this is a very complete Vivian fansite in Korea. LOTS of video clips under the Movies section, all downloadable the last time I checked.

Vivian's new official website in Japan. This is a beautifully designed site with lots of things you can play around with. Need shockwave and macromedia plug-ins. If you live in Japan you can join the Vivi-Honey club and gain access to member-only areas, where supposedly you can download unique video and music clips. Since I don't qualify to join (living in the USA and all), I can't tell you exactly what goodies you get.

This site is made by Hawkbit, a Vivian fan in Germany. It started out as a literary dedication to Vivian, but has since then grown into a broad and complete site with unique wallpapers and downloads. Hawkbit is also the man who supplied Collecting Vivian with its own domain and FTP server, so y'all be nice to him!

Well, the name ought to be self-explanatory. I must say that I've been waiting for such a site for ages! Not only is there an English translation, but also the official/correct way to pronounce Vivian's lyrics in Mandarin. Not enough? Also translations from Vivian's Japanese songs! What more can you ask for? Sugoi ne?

If you know Mandarin, I strongly recommend these two Taiwan Yahoo Clubs for Vivian. Many rare Vivian photos. They're both closed membership so you need to have an account with Taiwan Yahoo to browse their galleries and files. Did I mention there are many rare Vivian photos? (Otherwise I wouldn't push closed membership sites in Mandarin! ^__~)

I stumbled across this site on Yahoo and laughed my head off reading it. There's no gallery, no downloads, just really excellent and funny writing. 100% original. Go see it now!!!

Huge collection of Vivian Hsu fansite links. The only problem is that the list is full of dead links and the same old Vivian picture galleries. Good place to browse if you have the time though, you just might find a gem.
Bomis: The Vivian Hsu No-Nude Ring
Good place to start if you only read English and just starting to follow Vivian, but most sites are no longer updated.
This is the first major Vivian fansite in China. It has become a major resource for Chinese-reading Vivian-fans and has been proclaimed by the webmaster Keke as the new International Fan Club of Vivian Hsu. If you join you get a nifty membership card and have access to a member-only area where supposedly you can download all of Vivian's songs in mp3s (a practice I do not support or advocate). The site as it is right now is not much help to English-only fans, because it's only available in Simplified/Traditional Chinese.
Right now not much stuff but maybe the webmaster will add more later. The site also has pages on other Asian female celebrities so you can check those out.
